Product Orders
- The item must be unused, unopened (unopened cellophane wrap where applicable) and in its original and undamaged packaging.
- The item without cellophane unfortunately cannot be refunded.
- Products can be returned for a full refund within 2 weeks from delivery.
- Shipping costs must be paid by the customer.
- Your money will be refunded within a week after we receive the package.
Sample Orders
- All sales of samples are final. We can not accept sample returns due to health reasons and as they are custom made to order.
